Donnell: I have never been a special Projects Chairman, but the chief thing is to obtain material to be published, obtain permission if necessary, see that it is put together properly to be ready for printing and get it to the committee who prints it. There are a few projects that are almost completed, but I do not have them, so cannot say for sure just how far along they are. Perhaps the former chair has the answer.
