    3. Hi Erin, The Galesburg Public Library has an excellent genealogy section. They usually have a volunteer from the Knox County Genealogical Society there from 1:00-4:00 every Wednesday to help you. The library website is http://www.misslink.net/gplibrary/. The Orange Chapel is still standing in Orange Township. Go to http://www.misslink.net/scenicdrive/orange.html for some background info and go to http://www.misslink.net/scenicdrive/ for directions to it. Also, it you should visit the Knox County USGenWeb site to do some preliminary research on your lines. Have fun! I'm in the process of planning my summer genealogy trips and I'm trying to plan a trip for Knox Co. What are some suggestions for places to visit for some good info for the years of about 1850-1870? I was told that my relatives helped to build a church in Orange township sometime durring that period. If it's still there in some form, the building or the church, I'd like to visit that too. Any help? Erin _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
