So far I have not been able to find her after 1880 also. It has gotten confusing at times as there is another couple Olof and Anna Bengston that are quite younger and living in Warren County at the same time. I have looked through the Knox County cemetery record books at the Galesburg Library and found only the listings I mentioned in the previous forum message. I have looked for all spellings of the name. I wondered since 1870 census I found was in Henry County that she may be buried in that county. Around Galva and Bishop Hill were large and numerous Swedish settlements. In fact Bishop Hill is still an active town that celebrates their Swedish heritage and customs plus keep alive the Swedish holidays. The library has only a few of Henry County cemetery records. I would post a query on the Henry County forum as well. As far as the marriage certificate goes, the information on that is : BENGSTON, OLOF Married PETERSON, ANNA E 09/15/1870 Volume 00E/Page 0089 certificate number 00001745 county KNOX You may be able to send for the marriage certificate at this address below: Knox County Clerk Knox County Courthouse 200 South Cherry Street Galesburg, IL 61401 (309) 345-3815 I hope that maybe someone else may have more luck and can find out where Annie is buried for you. Mean while I will keep my eyes open for her when looking through other records.
