Charles Wesley KELLEY, b. ~1833 probably in Maryland. He married Mariah AXTELL on 28 Feb 1858 in Knox County, IL. They had one child, Wesley Jacob Kelley, born 2 Dec 1859 in Abingdon, Knox Co, IL. Recently I found a death notice for Wesley Kelley mentioning his father died in 1859 after being struck by lightning. (Finally a definite year!!!) Probably resident of Abingdon. Charles Wesley Kelley has been such a "brick wall" for myself and others I'm reluctant to purchase the above mentioned book or request appropriate Knox County newspaper microfilm, or contact the Court HOuse without a full date......
