I would be happy to look them up for you to see what I can find. I live in Downers Grove, Illinois, about 2 hours from there. Also, Could you answer this question? We had a Hawkinson/Hakanson named Peter who came to the US before 1860. I found him recently in the Galesburg, Illinois census for 1870 but his name was listed as: Peter Hunneberg not Hakanson or Hawkinson. He is listed on the 1880 census as Hawkinson. Hunneberg is a town in Sweden, isn't it? Can you help me with this dilema? Why would he use the name Hunneberg? E-mail me at [email protected] Thanks!!! Pam
