IN. Charles was the 8th of 13 known children born to Joseph Ebert and Julia Ann (Tackett) Snow. Charles married Flora Sullivan on 3 Sep 1893 in Scott County, Indiana. They lived in Clark County, Indiana. Joseph Ebert Snow (b. ca 1820 in IN) married Julia Ann Tackett (b. 12 Sep 1830 in KY or OH) on 4 May 1846 in Washington County, Indiana. They lived in Scott County, Indiana. I have seen someone have death dates for Joseph: 8 Dec 1892, and Julia 29 Jan 1894. Joseph's father may be Jonathan Snow b. ca 1799 in NC. Julia's parents are George W. and Sarah A. Tackett. He was born ca 1787 in probably TN. They moved to Lawrence County, Ohio, then to Washington County, Indiana.
