Hello, I share all of the sentiments you have expressed about the wonderful work Pat Thomas has done for us as Coordinator of the Knox County USGenWeb site. She has made lasting contributions that will benefit us each time we visit the site. The good news is that Pat is not gone! Our new arrangement only frees Pat from much of the day-to-day design and organization of the site. It does NOT mean she has retired! Pat assures me that she will be as involved as ever - answering questions, gathering content for the site, and managing the Knox County GenConnect pages and this email list. We will count on it! I am sure you all join me in thanking Pat for all she has brought to Knox County genealogy - and in looking forward to many more years of working together.
