Thanks, Foxie, for your very informative reply to my request on 02/07/2007. I was not aware that the original burial records for the Knoxville Cemetery had been lost and that the reconstruction of those records was obtained by reading the tombstones in the cemetery thirty years ago last summer. Perhaps others may also not realize that the current records may be incomplete if tombstones were not found or were illegible for burials before the mid 1990s. I was familiar with the STEVENS whom you name, but the earlier ones were the problem. David Young
