Jude, The employees at the Library are very helpful but I am not sure how involeved they are in mail in requests. However, if you contact the Knox Co., Genealogical Society someone may help you. Look at their website for fees. (http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilknox/knindex.htm) or contact Elizabeth McLean [email protected] . I looked at the home page and noticed she will do naturalization lookups.
