To the Kane County List members: 1) It appears from the web that the Aurora Beacon News is an old publication and is available on microfilm. Does anyone know of any volunteers who will do obit lookups? Has anyone used the Public Library for such a request? 2) Has the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Auoroa ever been read and subsequently published somewhere? Thanks for any direction on these. You should be able to request the film through inter library loan. I have gotten other Illinois newspapers this way. Look at http://web.library.uiuc.edu/resource/librarycatalogs.html for a catalog of holdings.
