The Newberry Library in Chicago has several: Kane County, IL 1857 (Ferslew) (Call # Microfiche 283 #580 – 580.2) or (Call # Graff 1310) Kane County, IL 1859 – 1860 (Call # Microfiche 283 #581 – 581.2) Kane County, IL 1919-1920, 1922-1923, 1926-1927 Kane County Business 1855 – 1856 Business (Call # Microfiche 283 #553 – 553.7) or (Call # Graff 1727 no. 1) Kane County, IL Rural 1934-1935 (Evans) (Call # F 547.K2 E8) Geneva, IL 1910-1913, 1920-1921, 1924-1925 (see Batavia, IL ) The Geneva Public Library would probably have them (and maybe more years) also.
