Hi Cheryl, Thanks for answering. I do not know David Wilson's father, all I know of him is he was born in VT but married in NY. I do have some Mich. land purchase records of a Truman and John Wilson buying land Dec. 14, 1836 in Mich. saying they were from Duchess Co., NY. They bought jointly 2 different parcels, Truman one and John one each with a James Hoag. Truman would have been about 16 at the time. That is not the land he settled on though, and where the farm is that is still in the family, after 152 years. It is in approx. area though. Betty-Jane bjlee@gate.net
