Hi Diane, Don't know if anyone has answered this, but I don't think that Eola was ever much of a town. There were a few houses and a post office. There was a bridge built over the toll way, and all there is there now is a highway. I remember driving on the road many times as a teenager and there wasn't much of anything there. It is only a few miles east of Aurora, so that would have been the normal place for him to live. All the farms are industrial areas now. Grace
