Dear listers, again my thanks for the information. I am trying to clear up another inconsistancy. Through a program on a library computer I was able to look up some census images and am now confused about birthplaces. I had thought that Prof. Snow's children were born in Illinois as it stated in the image I saw which listed him as head of household. Another image in which his son Theodore W. is listed as head says that he (T. W.) was born in Kentucky. In the 1930 images of T.W.'s son Oren T.'s household it is stated that the father was born in Kentucky. So I have 2 votes for Kentucky and one for Illinois and that one from the father of the individual in question. Elizabeth in Florida
