I lived there and also attended Sacred Heart School and Church as did my father, and my grandparents and ggreat-parents attended Sacred Heart Church as well. When my father entered Sacred Heart School ca. 1915, he spoke only French - no English. Many of my classmates were cousins. The Church still has old records, but I do not know if they are available for research. Wayne Chase did a wonderful compilation of "Records of Sacred Heart Cemetery and Early Interment Records of Sacred Heart Church Aurora, Illinois" which is available in the Wheaton Public Library - may be in other libraries as well.
