I have run into a name/person while searching that has no connection to my family, but has sparked my curiosity. I'm not going to spend time digging up info, but if you recognise the name let me know. (yes I am known as being nosey) The persons name is Gladys Goodwin. She died 11/4/1911 at the age of 17 by committing suicide. From other info I stumbled across (all completely by chance) I know she had a baby that died on the same day by strangulation. The babies last name was also listed as Goodwin, the spot for the fathers name was left blank. Given all that I assume she got pregnant out of wedlock, killed the baby, then killed herself. I don't know why this caught my eye, but I would love to know her story and if my hunch is is right. debs
