Diane, belive me I know it's going to be cold, but will try for a mild day. In collage it was stressed to us that you want gray overcast days when trying to take pics of engraved type. (Rain is also a plus) I don't know if it has something to do with reflection , but all I know is that it has worked for me in the past. I'll also arm myself with protection...hee hee. I have a collection of old antique hat pins that are very pretty, but aimed at the right anatomy could do some serious damage....lol. debs
