There are two cemeteries on Lake St. One is actually on Villa Street and that is Mt. Hope. The other is Lake Street Memorial Gardens and it is just about across the street from the Villa Olivia Country Club. I have had no experience with Mt. Hope, but the folks at LSMG are less than friendly and not very co-operative. The woman in the office does not want to part with any information via telephone and I'm not sure how she responds to letters. Once, in order to get some information, I resorted to impersonating a person whose relative was buried there. It worked that time, but I doubt that it would work again. After I got the information I needed, one of the groundskeepers took me out to the section and he was as nice as could be. The woman in the office could take a lesson or two from him.
