My husband's father managed the farm that is now "Pheasant Run Resort." He was hired back then by Mr. Baker, who owned the Baker Hotel. Mr. Baker was friends with the Pronsinski's (or Pronzinski's .. not certain of spelling). My husband's father, Frank Mankowski, was taken from the St. Charles Orphanage. He had 2 brothers that he never saw again. Does anyone have any information on (1) the Orphanage, or (2) the Pronsinski's? Laura Mankowski
