Chicago Biographical Publishing Company 1893 Transcribed by Cindy Pegg Lewis H. Frizzell was born in Burnside Precinct of Johnson County, IL on 19 November 1852. He was the son of Nathan R. Frizzell of Tennessee. Nathan was the son of William Frizzell who was a native of North Carolina. Nathan was married to Asenath Wilson who was the daughter of James Wilson. Nathan and Asenath had six children: Louisa, Nancy, Lewis H., Mattie, Mollie and Lucy. In 1886 Lewis H. Frizzell was elected Sheriff of Johnson County, IL at which time he moved to Vienna. Lewis married Miss Sidney Poor on 6 August 1874. Sidney was the daughter of Sampson D. Poor
