It was selling for $55.00 in '93. I do not have the whole book. Mr. Kluttz sent me a few pages regarding my line. Johann Jacob Klotz came to America with his four children: Johann Jacob Klotz, II, Ursula (Klotz) Acker, Johann Leonhard Klotz and Johann Martin Klotz. Two of the sons who settled in Rowan County, NC were Johann Jacob Klotz, II and Johann Leonhard Klotz. The one on my tree is Samuel CLUTTS, who married Hannah Norricks 07 June 1846, Union Co., IL and died 30 Jul 1854, Union Co., IL. HIs father was Phillip Clutts born ca. 1791 in Rowan Co., NC, d June 16, 1850 in Union Co., IL. Hannah Norricks was a sister to my gggrandfather, Peter Norricks (my direct line) who changed the spelling to Norrix. Samuel Clutts's children: Phillip, Nancy and Albert. Betty L. Capps
