Chapman's book A HISTORY OF JOHNSON COUNTY ILLINOIS and their is a Thomas Dunsworth listed on page 154 "The following is a list and the date of entry of those first entering land at Shawneetown in Johnson County proper or as it is now outlined....Thomas DUNSWORTH 1819. What I want to know is who is this Thomas Dunsworth? Was John possibly Thomas John Dunsworth???? Page 179, Joseph DUNSWORTH, Music: is listed with the Field and Staff Officers 31st Reg. IL. Volunteer Infantry. Pg. 186 listed with the 120th Reg., Co. B. is a Harrison E. DUNSWORTH, Sergt. Pg. 264 Thomas Dunsworth is listed as a grand juror for 1822. Thanks Mara
