He married, 2 Aug 1891, Ganntown, Johnson Co., IL to Mary Jane FISHER, (b. 17 Sep 1868, Ganntown, Johnson Co., IL; d. 2 Mar 1914, Oakwood, Dewey Co, OK). The daughter of S. E. & Jonathon N. FISHER, (he was b. 7 Jul 1846; d. 11 Mar 1907). The grand-daughter of Nancy G. & Jacob FISHER, (he was b. 1842, TN). Mary and Thomas Harris had the following children: Fred HARRIS, (b. 30 May 1892; d. 23 Jul 1893). James Clyde HARRIS, (b. 14 Aug 1893; d. 22 May 1951). Lois HARRIS, (b. 3 Oct 1894; d. 29 Oct 1979).
