We wish the happy couple an agreeable and genial sojourney through life, and their troubles (if any) little ones. Belknap, April 6, 1877 Mr. Harvey WILFORD of Kentucky and Miss Elizabeth MORGAN. The ceremony was administered by Rev. PORTER in the most approvable style. After the usual congratulations consequent on such occasions, cake of the finest quality was passed by Mrs. MORGAN (the estimable widow of G. W. MORGAN) to the entire satisfaction of all present. After which the party moved in one solid phalanx to the deserted quarters of Parson BOWERS and participated in one of those healthy, social and scientific dances which is characteristic of young America. April 13, 1877--Married yesterday by Rev. Porter, Mr. Frank McMANNIS to Mrs. Fannie MORGAN, both of Belknap. John McCORKLE to Mrs. Sena SHERLEY, both of Vienna. Frank RAMEY to Miss Ann BRIDGES, both of Vienna Township. April 20 1877--Married on the 8th inst., John R. DEANS and Miss Nannie BEDFORD. On last Sunday evening by Rev. David RAGAINS, Mr. Frank HOGG to Miss Emma ELKINS, all of Vienna. April 27, 1877--On the 22nd inst., Mr. Charles SUMMERS of Union County to Miss Catherine PENDER of Johnson County. June 29 1877 Marriage license was issued on the 22nd to Mr. Rufus BARNARD and Miss Cora C. GARNER, both of Cache Township. June 27, 1877 Marriage permits issued by the county clerk: G. W. PENDAVIS to Mrs. Catherine W. SEXTON. (the license issued to G. W. Pendavis was returned without be executed. He says the widow "flinkered") W. Y. DAVIS to Miss Ester HAWK, all of Cache Township. September 14, 1877 -- Reuben STONE of Pope County was married to M. J. Lewis of this county on last Thursday. Mr. C. MERIDITH and Miss Alice HUFFMAN was married last Sunday evening. September 28, 1877 -- Marriage permits: Spencer J. WATERS of Pope county to Miss Emma FRIZZELL of Grantsburg, Joel K. SANDER to Miss Sarah Y. BOZER, W. J. BARNETT to Miss Eugina F. RIDENHOWER and W. P. GORE to Sarah J. CANIDA. Grantsburg, October 5, 1877 -- C. J. STEPHENS was married to Miss Ann STALCUP. The rite was solemnized by Rev. James Tucker. Belknap, November 30, 1877 -- Joseph NEWTON and Serena DEANS were married last Sunday at the residence of the brides father.
