Cindy Pegg: Thanks for the Rah!Rah! Got my courage up now. Looking for parents of Sarah Jane Hall who married Thomas Andrew Smyth/Smith in 1851 in Johnson County. She is buried by her son William Larkin Smith in the Evergreen Cem. in Makanda. Also, looking for parents of John Thomas Brown who married Eliza Jane Smith in 1877. He was born Mar. 22, 1851 and died at the age of 35 on Apr. 15, 1866. He died in Tunnel Hill and is buried in the County Line Cemetery. Have not found a stone for him. What happened to Paten/Peyton Smith, son of Thomas and Sarah Jane Smith? Don't think he ever married. He is on a census with his mother at age 35 in 1900, Williamson County, IL.
