There is a lot of information on the May family in Massac/Johnson Co. IL that Norma Jean Huss or George May did work on. Unfortunately both are now deseased but the books are at the Massac County Library. You may try to contact them or look up information in on the Massac Co., IL website. I will look in my books and see if I can find more. My mother is a descendant of Holden and Jane Palmer May and the family usually has a reunion at the Fort Massac State Park in Metropolis every summer. Hope this helps.
