I am trying to find out how to go about locating a Roy DAVIES who is said to have lived in Jo Davies County. I belive he is the father or brother of Samuel Roy Davies of Newport KY. All I have to go on is a photo bearing the name Roy and information from a very old relative who said he was in Davies County Illinois. The photo looks to have been taken between 1900 and 1920.
