Can some one tell me the mailing address for the Elmwood City Cemetery in Warren. Is it still in operation? I would like to know if they have an index of all who were buried in the cemetery, not just those who have grave stones. I have a few questions for them and would like to contact them. I have checked the Elmwood City Cemetery Tombstone Index and the people I want are not listed. Thanks Aline
