I am new to this list and I am looking for more information about Crowell Evans Morris. There is both a father and son with this name and any information about either of them would be greatly appreciated. Current I know that Crowell Sr was born in Woodbridge, NJ and was married to Nancy (Von) Vooris they moved to Galana in about 1854 and had the follow children some of which appear to be born in NY and others appear to be born in IL. Cyrenius Evans, Helen R (Married Rufus Tucker), Nathaniel V, John Evans (H) Morris, Harvey A, George V, Frank A, Julia A (died young), Crowell E and William E. I believe that Crowell and Nancy are buried in ELMWOOD CITY CEMETERY, however Crowell name is spelled Ordwell in the index. The other interesting thing on that index is that the bio that I have says that he died in 1901 and the index says 1891, however both show that he was 73 years old. From here it appears that Crowell Jr and other siblings moved to SD abt 1888 - 19?? and then to Pasadena, CA by 1912. Cyrenuis however moved to Coon Rapids, Carroll County, Iowa.
