I know that she was born in Donegal Ireland on May 1, 1830 and came to the United States some time before 1839. I know that her father's name is James (also from Donegal) and that he also came to the United States. They settled in Galena, Jo Daviess County. Margaret married George Robinson in 1850, They had 13 children, but also raised Thomas and Margaret Argent I am not sure what the Argent connection is to my Margaret, however I did find that Daniel Argent married Mary Ann Funston on Feb 18, 1840 in Jo Daviess County, so my guess is that Mary Ann is probably sister to my Margaret, although I have no information on any siblings for her. Do these names correspond with yours?
