I am searching for information of my ggg-grandparents, Francis Xavier Wachtler and Josephine (Dupont) Wachtler, their parents, siblings and descents. I am a descendent of their daughter Josephine Wachtler who married William John Webber. I can trace my direct line, but would like to get in touch with others who are working on the same family and possibly get more generations back. I have them moving to Grant Co., Wisconsin at some point, not sure when, and that the children of Francis and Josephine were playmates of President Grant's children when they were young.
