On the Jo Daviess County site I have ran across the "1855 Personal property tax for Jo Daviess County " This shows a "Augdoah Shaw" on page 183 in Pleasant Valley Township. I am researching for an "Angeloah Shaw" and he appears on the 1860 Census for Jo Daviess County. I live in Spokane WA and cannot go to the Galena Library to look at these records. Does anyone have acess to the 1855 pp tax records? If so would you be willing to lookup the information on this Mr Shaw and let me know what it is?
