He grew up in Pleasant Valley, Jo Daviess, IL and was a teacher there in the late 1800's. He was married to Anna Shay and had two daughters, Maude and Agnes. Maude and Agnes married and had families. I cannot determine what became of Jeremiah and Anna. Please let me know if you have any information. Thank you!
