All I know is that he and a friend purchased the property in 1946. I found him in the 1930 census living in Morgantown. I was told he had a son and that he was from Illinois. I'm sorry I do not have any other info at the present, if I had more info I could probably find him without bothering anyone else. I do appreciate your responce though.
