Howdy folks, Myself and a few others have been slowly sorting out the different 19th Century Bowden/Bawden lines. I have compiled this information and have placed it as a "project" at my website. As new information is received, I will update the web page. Also, I am using the website to list the different Bowden/Bawden researchers and offer their e-mail addresses, if they are so inclined. Most of my paternal ancestors date back to the mid 1800's in Jo Daviess County and includes the following surnames: Straight, Inman, Billings, Chase, DeGear, Hancock, Breed, Cook, and Bowden.
