    2. Hello- I am taking a long shot, I am looking for the family of George Washington Dobbs and Sarah Jane Campbell, say 1870 s. George Washington Dobbs was Internant Preacher also a farmer I believe Sarah Jane ( Cambell ) Dpbbs was in Iillinois and then the family moved to Christian Cunty Mo, say in the middle of the 1880 s. when Sarah J Dobbs died he remarried a Gilley, I rhink Thanks for any help. He married Anna Elisabeth Unterbrink 20 JAN 1823 in Glandorf. Anna was the daughter of Jurgen Unterbrink and Maria Kroger. Anna was born on 6 MAY 1796 in Glandorf and died 6 MAR 1852 in Glandorf (Uhlenhacke). I only know of one child -- Johann Wilhelm Lemper. Johann Diederich Lemper's parents are Johan Wilhelm and Maria Catharine (nee Dingwerth) Lemper. Hope this helps.

Also descendants of George [died 1904] & Margaret Wykoff of Galena. My gr.grandma (Sarah Owens McNulty) died in 1888 in Chicago. By 1889 her 4 children were taken to Galena to live with relatives. Sons, Robert and John, lived with the Wykoff family. I can't find the daughters, Helen and Elizabeth (Bessie) McNulty. They may have been raised by other Galena relatives. Helen may have died as a youngster (bet. 1889 and 1900) and is buried in a Galena cemetery with her mother (Sarah McNulty) but I don't know which cemetery. **John & Mary, both born in Wales, were parents of: Hugh, John, Margaret (Wykoff), Ann, Ellen, Robert, Mary J. (Simmons), Griffith and Sarah (McNulty).

She died in 1888 and is buried in a cemetery in/near Galena. Her 4 young children were sent to Galena to live with relatives after Sarah's death (Robert, John, Elizabeth & Helen McNulty). Little Helen Owens died in Galena and is buried there somewhere, possibly with her mother. Looking for any Owens info. All I have is the name of HUGH OWENS who may have been father of Sarah. Also have name of MAIME NICHOLS who may have been a sister of Sarah. HELP!
