    3. My wife's family has some Rich's from Jersey County. She doesn't have much information about them and doesn't show a Samuel or Ann. But I was wondering what the two sons names were. Surnames: RICH, HOOPER Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Ig.2ADI/1190 Message Board Post: In 1851, Samuel Rich went to Fidelity Twp., Jersey Co., Illinois, from Devon, England. According to the History of Jersey Co., he had two sisters who were already there. I've found that Ann Rich (b. ca. 1814) married John Hooper (b. ca. 1819), on November 16, 1834 in England. They are in the 1850 census for Jersey Co. In the 1860 census for Jersey Co., their two sons are living with Samuel Rich and his family. Does anyone have any idea who the other sister might have been, or any information on either the Hooper or Rich families? Thanks. ============================== Search the US Census Collection.
