I have a 1961 "Alton Evening Tele[graph?] write up on Otterville history. At the top of the article, someone has written "Prior to 1867 Otterville was known as Gullem." Does anyone know if this was correct? Unfortunately, I did not record where I obtained the article. The article does not mention Gullem. Judy Griffin, in Wisconsin
