Seeking basic information on these families who intermarried into the NELSON family located at Jerseyville, Jersey, IL circa 1850+-. James A. and Susan M. Hutchinson Nelson married in Hunterdon Co., NJ in 1828. They relocated for a time in Pike/Jackson Cos. OH and then came to Jersey Co., IL. Susan M. Hutchinson was born according to family lore in Trenton, NJ. James A. Nelson somewhere in PA both circa 1809-1811. Dau. Mary wed Caleb duHadway in Jackson Co., OH 1858. Dau. Annie wed a Robert Beat(t)y, Jr. Son Alonzo wed a Sarah Dowdall Alonzo and Sarah Dowdall Nelson spent their last years in Streator, IL. Believe James and Susan Hutchinson Nelson to be buried in the Jerseyville vicinity. Would welcome help locating their graves. Any help greatly appreciated.
