(or 3?), all b IL. FWIW: In 1860 there is a Kent [sic] Hancock listed in Jerseyville Pct., Jersey Co., 47, b Ireland, with Sarilda 22 and Lizzie 4. Despite all the discrepancies, I suspect this is the same guy. (I've seen worse, in the mangling of names. ages, etc. and he may have meant that his ancestors were from Ireland? It all depends on how the questions are asked, of whom they are asked, and how they are interpreted. )
