He also says that they came straight to Jersey Co IL. I don't know how much information he has or where he got it from, but the family history was submitted by Rodger L. Egelhoff who still lives in the Jerseyville area. You may want to locate him and discuss the Egelhoff family with him. The information was submitted for use in the 1991 Jersey Co IL history book.
