But I can tell you I grew up in St. Patrick's Parish. There was never another Catholic church in Grafton. But they have a sister parish called St. Michael's in Beltrees, and have always shared the same priest. The Fahey name sounds quite familiar, and I believe I remember going to school and church with Fahey's. Hope this helps.
