Marty , and all, I've been doing my family genealogy for nearly 30 years and can't tell you how happy I am to see the work that genealogy buffs like me, have seen on cemetaries, censuses, church records , and obits,etc. Most of us know that mistakes can be made, and take that into account when we copy anything others have done, including me. you are to be congratulated , you and others, that put in countless hours so we can benefit.Many gen. soc. charge for their compilations, and so do indivual members charge for their family line.I've personally come in this.Many times I was happy to pay it since I couldn't go to the place myself. I wish more people that belong to historical soc. or gen. coc. would volunteer for this type of work,many hands mean less work. I volunteered to transcribe citizenship applications in my own county of over 100,000 people for a few wks. It actually was very interesting. Just wanted to know, you and your hard work, are very much appreciated in wisconsin. carol
