Julie Flatt, 55, of Titusville, Fla., and formerly of Mt. Vernon, died Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, in Titusville, Fla. She was born July 22, 1958, in Missouri, a daughter of Andrew and Dorothy (Haynes) Flatt. She is survived by three sons, Mike Woodmansy, Shawn Flatt and Bret Taylor; granddaugther, Lillie Taylor; twin sister, Joy Gamber and husband Terry of Mt. Vernon; sister, Sue Henry of Vandalia; brother, Bill Flatt and wife Patty of Jacksonville; and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Vicki Flatt. Julie loved her many friends and family. Her last words were, "I wish all of you the best and hope your dreams come true. Do as Jesus said to love one another and always remember how much you are loved." Services will be held in Titusville, Fla., and a memorial service will be held in Mt. Vernon at a later date
