Robert Lee Logue, 72, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 5:20 A.M. on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Robert was born on Wednesday, March 26, 1941 in Hammond, Indiana the son of the late Norman and Hazel (Miller) Logue.  He married Lena Williams on July 8, 2001 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois and she preceded him in death on September 5, 2010.  Surviving family members include his son: Scott Logue and wife Erion of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; daughter: Dawn Reneau and husband Mark of Branson, Missouri; 3 grandsons: Samuel Logue, Robert Tate, Jr. and Tristan Tate; 2 granddaughters: Sarah Epperson Logue and Destiny Tate; 3 sisters: Niela Baronick of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Pamela Jovan and husband George of Miami, Florida and Diane Dangler of California; several nieces and nephews also survive. His parents, wife and one brother: Norman Logue preceded him in death.    Robert was a machinist at General Radiator in Mt. Vernon and later was a self-employed painter.      GRAVESIDE SERVICES: will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, August 23, 2013 at Oakwood Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Pastor Dan Harriman will officiate. VISITATION: will be held from 5 to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. INTERMENT: Oakwood Cemetery in Mt.
