James Vaughn, 62, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 1:45 A.M. on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He married Yvette Marie Orange on July 24, 1994 and she preceded him in death on February 11, 2013. Surviving family members include his 2 sons: Jeremy and Jason Vaughn and a sister: Margaret Beal.    James was born on September 7, 1950 in Caruthersville, Missouri the son of the late Harvey and Matilda (Vandyke) Vaughn.   Mr. Vaughn will be cremated and there will be no visitation or funeral services held.
