    2. Harry E. Coberly, 76, of Farina, Illinois and formerly of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 7:03 P.M. on Monday, September 23, 2013 at Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia, Illinois. Harry was born on Wednesday, January 20, 1937 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois the son of the late Harry Edward and Anna Belle (Uselton) Coberly.  Harry was first married to Beverly York.  He later married Meg Hoxworth on September 10, 1988 in Centralia, Illinois. Surviving family members include his wife: Meg Coberly of Farina, Illinois; 5 daughters: Theresa Ile and husband David of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Beth Bocherding and husband Rockie of Iuka, Illinois, Susie Chrostoski and husband Steve of Herrin, Illinois, Dee Sledge and husband Jeff of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and Heather Hoxworth-Coberly and special friend Heath Sill of Kinmundy, Illinois; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister: Betty Burwell of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; several nieces and nephews also survive. His parents, six brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.    Harry served our country in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. He worked for Crossroads Hospital, Doctor's Park, Fayette County Hospital, and Clay County Hospital as a Lab Technician. He is a member of Kinmundy Christian Church and the Farina American Legion Post #0411.  FUNERAL SERVICES: will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Kinmundy Christian Church in Kinmundy, Illinois. Mr. Josh Conley will officiate. EVENING VISITATION: will be held from 5 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. MORNING VISITATION: will be held from 11:00 A.M. to service time at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Kinmundy Christian Church in Kinmundy, Illinois. INTERMENT: Farina Cemetery in Farina, Illinois. Members of the Farina American Legion Post #0411 will conduct Full Military Honors at the cemetery. For those who wish, memorials may be given to Fayette County Hospital Friends and Family and will be accepted at the funeral home or may be mailed to Hughey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 721, Mt. Vernon, Illinois 62864.
