Zachary Taylor Braddy, age 18, of Salem, died September 2, 2013 at St. Mary Hospital in Centralia.   Zachary had a very outgoing spirit.  He enjoyed being with his family and especially liked his brother and sister pushing him around in his wheel chair as he expressed abundant laughter.  He liked watching cartoons, listening to music, swimming and was escpecially fond of balloons; many balloons.  He loved the sound of anything motorized and especially like trucks, both real and toy which included spending time at the Iuka Fire Station with the firetrucks that his Dad served on.  He was a St. Louis Cardinal fan. Watching football with his Dad was a special moment for both father and son.   Funeral services for Zachary Taylor Braddy will be 11:00 Thursday morning at the Rankin Funeral Home in Salem with Bill Cash officiating.  Burial will follow at the Summit Prairie Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 6 to 8:00 Wednesday evening at the Rankin Funeral Home in Salem.  A memorial service will be held for family and friends at the Jefferson Street Christian Church in Lincoln at 7:00 P.M. on Friday.  The family will gather to meet with friends one hour prior to the memorial service.  Memorials may be made to the Carol Jo Veechie Center at St. Johns Hospital, Springfield and will be accepted by the funeral home. Zachary Taylor is survived by his parents - Angela and Lee Reiners and Kevin and Lacey (Middleton) Braddy.  Two brothers - Andrew at home, and Jesse Reiners of Atlanta, IL.  Three sisters - Makayla at home, Emily Reiners of Warrensburg and Elizabeth Reiners of Atlanta, IL; Grandparents - Larry and Linda Braddy of Walnut Hill, Paul and Mary Boatman of Lincoln and Mark and Della Middleton of Kinmundy; Great Grandparents - Carroll and Arletha Crain of Kinmundy; his nephew - Jaxson McMullen of Atlanta, IL; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends He was born August 16, 1995 in Centralia to Kevin H. and Angela (Boatman) Braddy.  He was preceded in death by grandparents - John and Alta Braddy, Joe and Nancy Middleton, Bill and "Grandma Ginny" Strong, Cleo and Ruth Reiners, Robert and Stella Kinney and Russell and Lutie Boatman.
