BELLE RIVE - James Leonard "Jim" Zirkelbach, 72, died at 1:40 a.m. Thursday, July 18, 2013, in Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mount Vernon. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mount Vernon, with Father Robert Zwilling officiating. Burial, with flag presentation, will be in Grothoff Cemetery in Belle Rive.
