MOUNT VERNON - James A. Tucker, 89, died at 1 a.m. Sunday, July 21, 2013, in Crossroads Hospital in Mount Vernon. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren with the Revs. Ron Reynolds and Kenneth Holland officiating. Burial with military rites will be in IOOF Cemetery in Dahlgren.
